Plain English Summary

What this actually means

For Design Partners

You're getting early access to Stategraph to help shape its development. In exchange for free access, you provide feedback and understand this is pre-release software. Any feedback or suggestions you provide become our property to improve the product.

Intellectual Property

We own all rights to Stategraph and its code. You get a license to use it, but can't modify, reverse engineer, or claim ownership. All feedback and suggestions you provide become our property. Pre-release features are confidential—please don't share publicly without permission.

Your Data is Yours

Stategraph runs in your infrastructure, connected to your database. We never see your state data. You maintain complete control.

Pre-Release = No Warranties

This is early software. While we work hard to make it stable, we can't guarantee it's bug-free. Always maintain backups of your state. You agree to protect us from any legal issues arising from your use.

Payment Terms

Design partners have agreed pricing but only pay when they're happy with the product. You'll have full control over when (and if) you start paying.
